Our Data Protection Officer monitors compliance with the GDPR, advises on our data protection obligations and acts as your contact point for any privacy matter.

You do not need to give a reason to contact the DPO, and contacting us about your data is always free of charge.

3. Exercising your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. The fastest route:

  1. Email dpo@searchintel.ai with the subject "Data subject request".
  2. Tell us which right you want to exercise and the email address your enquiry or account relates to.
  3. We may ask for reasonable proof of identity so we do not disclose data to the wrong person.

We respond within one month. For complex or multiple requests we may extend this by up to two further months, and we will tell you if we do. To change cookie consent specifically, use the on-site control:

4. Our GDPR commitments

  • Lawfulness, fairness, transparency — every processing purpose and lawful basis is listed in our Privacy & Data Protection notice.
  • Data minimisation — we collect only what each stated purpose requires.
  • Storage limitation — defined retention periods per data category, then deletion or anonymisation.
  • Security — least-privilege access, encryption in transit and at rest, logging and vendor due diligence.
  • Processors — written Art. 28 agreements with every provider that processes personal data for us.
  • International transfers — adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary safeguards.
  • Breach notification — qualifying breaches reported to the supervisory authority within 72 hours, and to affected individuals where the risk is high.
  • Records and assessments — we maintain records of processing and carry out data protection impact assessments where required.
